We are delighted to partner with this high-profile property developer (residential and commercial) recognised for its commitment to quality and excellence! There is an opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to undertake this pivotal role providing administrative support to the Centre Management Team. The role is diverse and fast paced, it will require a talented individual to multitask and work across several projects on an ad hoc basis.

Reporting to the Centre Manager responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • First point of Contact for all visitors to the centre
  • Liaise with agents and assists with queries.
  • Maintaining databases
  • Property administration including liaising with trades personnel.
  • Assist with social media and content creation.
  • Admin Assistant & Retail/Office Support
  • Maintain Retail Data Management (Cirrus 8)
  • Data Entry for Shopping Centre Financials (Cirrus 8)
  • Draft Correspondence & Email Communication, where needed
  • Processing of Accounts Payable
  • Running Reports
  • Liasing with retail tenants regarding maintenance/cleaning
  • Preparation of Rent Reviews
  • Screen Retail Lease Enquiries
  • Assist Pop-Up Stores Tenants, when & where needed.
  • Attend weekly Operations Meetings and prepare Actions/Minutes
  • Manage Pop Up Calendar of Events
  • Schedule Pop Up Bookings/Appointments
  • Prepare and sending of Pop Up Leasing Lease Agreements
  • Monthly Residential Stock Report
  • Prepare Residential Monthly Reporting
  • Liaison point with Property Management Agent

Demonstrated Key Competencies:

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and Cirrus 8 (desirable)
  • Eagerness to learn a new industry!
